How do I book an OPD appointment?
You can book an appointment by registering on this portal and selecting the required department. Ensure you bring your appointment slip (digital or printed) on the day of the visit.
Can I view my lab reports online?
Yes. Once registered and verified, you can access your comprehensive medical history and lab reports directly from your Patient Dashboard under the "Reports" section.
What timings is the RAK OPD open?
The General OPD is open from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on weekdays, and 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturdays. Registration counters generally open early.
Are tele-consultations available?
Yes, follow-up patients can book tele-consultation slots through the eSanjeevani integration. Your doctor will advise if you are eligible for remote follow-ups.
